Coastal produce, seasonal Boland vegetables, locally cured charcuterie and Cape Winelands pairings sit at the heart of how we cook here. Whether you are hosting fifty guests at a beach house in Camps Bay or four hundred at a vineyard in Franschhoek, the menu is built specifically for your venue, your season and your story.
We work off seven menu packages, all priced per person: Canapés Menu R395 and Canapés & Welcome Drinks R495 (50+ guests), Standard Menu R695 (buffet with Champagne Tower), Braai Menu R795 (live grilling with whole-lamb spit braai, sirloin, prawns, ribs and an expanded grill selection), Plated Menu R895 (refined three-course plated, with Premium upgrades like wagyu and venison available at extra cost), Premium Menu R995 (our largest curated buffet) and Floating Menu R995 / R1,200 (with live sushi bar, oysters and chef-attended stations). Fully bespoke menus are designed on request.
Because we are mobile-kitchen-first, you do not need a venue with a working commercial kitchen. We arrive with refrigeration, gas, prep stations, plating areas, service equipment, glassware and a trained front-of-house team. That makes us a strong choice for private estates, blank-canvas warehouses, beach venues, farm weddings and remote spots along the Garden Route where most caterers cannot operate at full quality.
Our typical Cape Town clients are couples planning destination weddings, brands hosting product launches and activations during summer season, and families booking milestone birthdays and anniversary dinners. We also run intimate private chef experiences in Airbnbs and holiday villas around Camps Bay, Clifton, Bantry Bay, Constantia and the Atlantic Seaboard.
Booking works as follows: a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date, a further 25% is due 20 days before the event, and the final 25% is due 10 days before. Final guest count must be confirmed strictly four weeks before the event, and our service window concludes promptly by 22:00 to allow pack-down. Travel, logistics and accommodation for our team are included transparently in your Cape Town quote as a single all-inclusive call-out fee.
