1. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total amount is required immediately to reserve your chosen date.
2. 50% of the balance is due 20 days before your event.
3. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event. However, if the invoice is sent during the week of the event, the full amount is required immediately.
4. Please provide delivery address if we will be delivering for you.
5. We are not be responsible for any inconveniences caused by act of nature (e.g. Rain, wind, snow, hail, sun, COVID and any other act of nature).
6. The catering package quoted is based on the number of guests attending the event and does not include general workers and entertainers. Any additional personnel will be subject to separate arrangements and charges.
7. All catering services will conclude promptly at by 10:00 pm to allow our team to pack and clean. We kindly request that you consider this timing when planning your event Program.
8. The final guest count must be confirmed strictly 4 weeks before the event.
9. Any dietary requirements must be communicated upon receiving the menu.
1. No refund if cancellation of event is received 7 days (exactly a week) prior to the event.
2. 5% of the amount paid after the deposit is refundable if cancellation of the event is received 8-14 days (within 2 weeks) prior to the event.
3. 10% of the amount paid after the deposit is refundable if cancellation of the event is received 15-21 days (within 3 weeks) prior to the event.
4. 15% of the amount paid after the deposit is refundable if notification of cancellation of the event is received 22-28 days (within 4 weeks) prior to the event.
5. 25% of the amount paid after the deposit is refundable if notification of cancellation of the event is received 29-35 days (within 5 weeks) prior to the event.
6. 30% of the amount paid after the deposit is refundable if the event is cancelled more than 5 week prior to the event.
